Refund policy

We have NO RISK RETURN POLICY.  So you can see it and see if you like it.  Just reach out to us within 15-days of purchase to request a return. Or reach out to us if you have any questions about your product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at faheyfinejewlery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Holiday Returns

We accept returns on all items up to two weeks from December 25th, 2021.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Returns during Covid are done on a case by case basis.

Certain types of items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

There are no full refunds on items bought during trunk shows, holiday shows or benefits when a percentage of the sale is given to the host/charity.  We are open to an exchange within the return period of equal/greater value and discount.

There are no refunds/returns on Special Orders which includes custom made pieces, personalized jewelry items or engraved items.  However, we will always work with you to resolve the matter for our clients.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items of greater than 40% off or gift cards. We do not except returns when special personal discount codes are given.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  There is a return and restocking fee on all items of 2.95%.  This is the cc fee we are charged that is not returned to us when a return is made.
